The annual Girls Just Wanna Run race in Litchfield drew more than 200 runners and walkers on Sunday.
Winning the 3.1-mile out-and-back race on North Shore Road for the second time was Sherri Odell of Litchfield. Odell finished in 19:55. Elisa Alfiouni of New Preston was second in 20:53. Andrea Markovich of Litchfield was fourth in 23:18.
The race was sponsored by the Junior Women's Club of the Litchfield Hills and served as a fundraiser for the local causes the club supports. Club member Lisa Curtiss was race director for the fourth year. Club members and many volunteers assisted Curtiss.
