Litchfield will pay tribute on the 20th anniversary of 9/11 and will honor local first responders Saturday at American Legion Post 27. The remembrance ceremony hosted by Post 27 and the Litchfield-Morris Rotary Club will begin at 11 a.m. and will include First Selectman Denise Raap, town officials and representatives of Post 27.
