After running roughshod over opponents for four years, Litchfield field hockey standouts Casey and Brook Small will be taking their talented act to Endicott College.

The identical twins on Friday signed letters of commitment to attend the Division III school in Beverly, Mass. Watching the signing were Wes and Janet Small, parents of the girls, high school field hockey coach Lily Toussaint and athletic coordinator Kyle Weaver.

Both girls plan to study nursing while playing field hockey in college. Casey Small was a three-time Class S All-State and All-Berkshire League selection, while Brook Small was All-State and All-BL twice. Last fall, Casey scored 13 goals and had eight assists and Brook Small had nine goals in leading Litchfield to a share of the BL championship last fall.
