Litchfield Hills Lacrosse team wins 10th match

The Litchfield Hills Lacrosse boys’ high school team is on a tear, winning four of its last five games.
After a thrilling 11-10 overtime win against Avon Old Farms two weeks ago, Litchfield Hills handily won the rematch at home on Wednesday, 17-10.
The team is comprised of boys from area high schools including Litchfield, Wamogo, Torrington, Thomaston, Shepaug and Terryville.
The boys are having a good year with a 10-4 record so far with five games to go. Goal leaders are Harrison Porter (Wamogo) 36, Jacob Coleman (Torrington) 30, Caz Brenner (Shepaug) 28 and Luke Parsons (Litchfield) 15.
The defense is anchored by juniors Zach Sweeney (Torrington), Joshua Barber (Wamogo) and senior Adam Tillmann (Wamogo).
