Wamogo graduate addresses Goshen Land Trust
Goshen native Lissa Lynch, center, was the guest speaker at the Goshen Land Trust annual meeting at Camp Cochipianee June 29. Lynch, a 2002 graduate of Wamogo, is a staff attorney for the Natural Resources Defense Council. She spoke about environmental law policy.
Lynch is shown with members of the land trust, which honored Goshen Land Trust members Don Wilkes, LuAnn Zbinden and Peter Herbst for the combined 35 years they have dedicated to the 38-year-old organization that works to conserve open space in town.
Wilkes has been a member of the land trust for 15 years and Zbinden and Herbst 10 years apiece. All three serve on the organization’s board of directors.
