The newest police dog at Troop L, Kato, and his handler, state Trooper Mark DeFeo, were at the Warren firehouse on Tuesday for a demonstration for Cub Scout Pack 341 of Warren. Kato, a German shepherd, recently graduated from the state police canine training program and is partners with DeFeo.
