Lenten soup service continues for Litchfield churches

Soup was on at the United Methodist Church of Litchfield on Tuesday as the fourth of five ecumenical Lenten soup services was held.
 
The final service will be held Tuesday at 6 p.m. at St. Michael's Church. Previous services were held at St. Paul's Church in Bantam, St. Anthony of Padua Church and the First Congregational Church of Litchfield.
 
The services are free open to individuals of all faith. They are designed to encourage fellowship and an understanding of different faiths.
