Flag burning in Goshen held at new fire ring
Litchfield.bz (06-15-17)

Boy Scout Troop 35 in Goshen gathers at the new fire ring in Goshen Center Cemetery before the start of American Legion Post 46's Flag Day flag-burning ceremony on Wednesday. The fire pit, located next to Post 46's veterans monument, was built by Troop 35 Scout Ben Roy for his Eagle Scout project.

Below, Roy, left, and Steven Romano Jr. move a stack of unserviceble flags onto the fire pit in preparation for the burning, and the flags go up in flames.
