Brady earns Mr. Wamogo title with stellar performance

Wamogo senior Sean Brady is walking on rarified air this week after being named the winner of the Mr. Wamogo contest on Friday night.

Brady was the choice of a panel of teachers and staff serving as judges for the contest held in the James M. Eisenhaure Auditorium. Aidan Keilty was the runner up and Owen Hofmann took thid place.

Other contestants were Ryan DeLello, Kevin Fenn, Zach Hovey, Max Loomis and Paul Marceski. School social worker Steven Bagley was the master of ceremonies and Region 6 Superintendent of Schools Edward Drapp conducted the interview portion of the contest. The contest director was teacher Carly Tutolo.

Contestants competed in dance, formal wear, talent, lip sync, and non-talent categories. It was funny, dramatic, weird and emotional. The contest was a fundraiser for the senior class and will help fund class activities at the end of the year.
