Ted Gravel was the top finisher for Wamogo in Tuesday's boys cross-country meet against Nonnewaug and Housatonic at the White Memorial Conservation Center. Gravel covered the 3.1-mile course in 18:20 as Wamogo defeated Housatonic 17-45 and lost to Nonnewaug 18-45. The Warriors are 2-2. Following Gravel for Wamogo was John Sudol in ninth place in 20:29. In the girls meet, Wamogo lost to Housatonic and Nonnewaug to fall to 1-3. Caitlin Mosca was eighth in 26:22 to pace Wamogo.
