Wamogo boys have strong returning cast
Litchfield.bz (9-16-10)

For one half of Wednesday's Berkshire League boys soccer opener at Nonnewaug, Wamogo was the superior team, leading 1-0 for most of the half and controlling play. But Nonnewaug, again expected to be one of the league's top teams, was a different team. The Chiefs netted two more goals and held Wamogo scoreless to take a 3-1 victory. Wamogo's goal came on a 40-yard direct kick by Mike Odenwaelder. In the photos, top to bottom, Wamogo goalie Brendan Roden makes one of his nine saves, Angel Bejoli gets set to make a pass, and Sam Marti looks to make something happen with the ball.
