Jackson Morrow's third-place finish was the highlight for the Litchfield Track Club during the Bob Veillette 5-K race in Waterbury on Sunday.

Morrow, of Harwinton, finished in 18:16 to finish third overall and first in the boys 13-18 age group. Sara Iannone, Calvin Palmer and Rosemary Lane also ran for the LTC. Iannone won the girls 13-18 age group in 22:10, Palmer won the boys 12-and-under in 21:35 and Lane was second in the women's 50-59 division.

Marathon great Bill Rodgers, a two-time winner of the Litchfield Hills Road Race, was a guest of the race and met the LTC runners.
