Former Litchfield High athlete Connor Murray had a big weekend with the Southern Vermont College soccer team.

Murray's goal with 5:20 left to play gave Southern Vermont a 3-2 victory over Delaware Valley College in the championship game of the DVC Soccer Classic in Doylestown, Pa. It was the second goal of the game for Murray, who was named the most valuable player of the tournament and made the all-tournament team.
