The track at Plumb Hill Playing Fields was the site of the second annual Race of Relays on Saturday. Former Litchfield High athletes Katie Pratt and Ashley Langer were the organizers. The Parks and Recreation Department and the Litchfield Track Club served as sponsors. Participants competed in relays and field events. In the photos, Dave Driscoll fires the starting gun; Madeline Marecki hands the baton to Justin Hudak; Andy Marecki gets set to pass the baton to his sister Madeline; and Kayla Bouchard of Litchfield takes off after getting the baton from her grandmother, Kathi Peck of Goshen. The Mareckis and Hudak were part of a large contingent of current and former Wamogo runners participating.
