Four local athletes competed in a fundraising triathlon in Thomaston on Saturday. Sue Leigh of Litchfield was the first female finisher and was 25th overall in 1 hour, 11 minutes and 55 seconds. Greg Curtiss of Litchfield was 39th in 1:16.38, Lisa Cornellio of Warren was 43rd in 1:17.52, and Jim Moore of Litchfield was 53rd in 1:21.26. The event consisted of an 800-meter swim, 15-K bike and 5-K run.
