Kathi Peck of Goshen conquered one of the greatest tests of endurance on Sunday when she finished the Lake Placid Ironman Triathlon in Lake Placid, N.Y.

Completing the Ironman capped nearly seven months of training for Peck and added to her resume of endurance feats. She has run a marathon in every state and in the spring ran the Great Wall of China Marathon.
