Litchfield High's boys basketball team takes a 16-4 record into tonight's Berkshire League tournament game against Wolcott Tech.
The contest will be played at 6 at Thomaston High School. Unbeaten Nonnewaug and Terryville will play in the other semifinal at 7:30. The winners meet for the championship Friday at 7 at Thomaston.
Litchfield concluded the regular season with a 54-44 victory over Northwestern on Monday. It was the final regular season home game for seniors Andrew Luzzi and Anthony Brown.
Brown had 12 points and Luzzi 9. Mike Andrulis led the Cowboys with 16 points and Caleb Buck had 15 points and 12 rebounds.
Wamogo's boys basketball team won't play in the BL tournament and gets some time to rest up for the start of the Class S tournament on Monday. Wamogo concluded the regular season by defeating Gilbert 73-65 on Monday and will take an 11-9 record into the tournament.
Mike Odenwaelder had another big game for the Warriors with 26 points. Steve Celadon added a season-high 23 points and Lucas Fraher had 15 as the Warriors put on one of their best offensive performances of the season.
