The Litchfield Green Merchants Association's summer Date Night program will conclude Thursday with live music, a wine tasting, a book signing and a fashion show between 5 and 8 p.m.

Stores will be open until 8 and will host various promotions and events highlighting their businesses.

A highlight of the evening will be a book signing by actor Gary Burghoff at PS Gallery. Burghoff, who played Radar on M*A*S*H, will sign copies of his autobiography, "Gary Burghoff: To M*A*S*H and Back."

Kitchenworks will host a cookbook signing by Diane Perry Gardner, author of "What's Cooking in New England." There will be a wine tasting at Casa Bacchus and live music outside Aspen Garden and in Cobble Court. Local musicians will play in the bar at @The Corner from 8 until midnight.

At Talbots, artist Kerry Lynn McDevitt will show her artwork and there will be a jewelry show at The Workshop by designer Amy Kahn Russell.

Date Night, the idea of R. Derwin Clothiers manager Jonathan Wilson, was also held on the first Thursday in June and July. Models will display R. Derwin fashions on the West Street sidewalk during the evening.
