Mitzi Cappello's fried dough pizza and a cake from the Dutch Epicure Shop were the highlights of Thursday evening's activities at the Litchfield Community Center, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this week. The fried dough pizza and cake were for those participating in an array of activities. In the photos, Cappello, left, gets some help from Marathon Mary Smith in preparing a fried dough, the cake sits ready to eat, and Mary Ellen Birdsall of Bantam does some painting.
