Construction of the new building the Litchfield Hills Rowing Club and the Taft School of Watertown will use to store their crew shells and equipment at the Litchfield Town Beach on Bantam Lake is complete after only two weeks. The post and beam building with a metal roof was built by premier structures of Lancaster, Pa.
