Jim Koser (public works supervisor), Beverly Manes (assistant tax collector) and Harold Ducey (tax assessor) were honored at LaCupola Restaurant on Thursday for their many years of service to the town of Litchfield. Tributes, poems, limericks and even a song were used to sing their praises for the strong impact they all had while working for the town.
