It was a beautiful day in Litchfield on Sunday, September 20, 2009 as the Litchfield Hills CT State Firefighter's Parade wound its way from South Street to American Legion Post 27 on Route 202. Over 75 companies were involved and multiple bands set the beat for the firefighters and bands as they marched through the center of town.
